So......I have a big compressor (to me) Puma 6060 and want to at least plumb 2 air connections in the garage one in front and rear so I don't have to have a 100ft hose all the time.

I have thought about black pipe but finding the correct lengths might be an issue.

I am looking at the rapidair systems. I can get it done quickly (one afternoon) and would be clean install. Has anyone used it and any potentail issues.

I know the guys at ACC used PVC throughout their garage, and as long as you keep all your conduit off the floor and out of harms way it should be fine. That RapidAir system looks fully adequate for your needs. No personal experience, but you're only talking 100-110 psi, right? Not much to go wrong that teflon tape or RTV won't fix.

The onboard air (ExtremeAir) I have on my truck uses similar push to connect fittings and I've not had any leaks in the "push" side of the fitting where the nylon hose goes. After retaping and rtv-ing the threaded sides of the fittings, it was air-tight.
