Sunday is feast day during Lent and I'm gonna use it to say thank you on Mud.
Me and a group of friends decided to go get a great few of the big ass moon last night. I knew of a pretty clear spot on the power line behind Belhaven on your way to the river. I had no intention of getting muddy but a busted storm drain had other ideas. It got real bad real fast. A friend came down in a Jeep but his 9000k winch on a very long retrieval up hill was no match for the burried hunnerd.
Barry was called and he offered to come the next morning which was very kind of him to even respond while he was getting his swerve on.
Greg was called. He was in another Parrish.
Chris and Den Mom were called. They were up from the 073 in half an hour loaded for bear and hopped up on ambien. Yes, Chris made the trip half an hour after taking a presciption sleep aid.
The 12000lbs winch and the big ass 80 righted me pretty quickly. I got out of there with a pretty good dent in the passenger fender that I think a paintless dent guy can fix.
Thank you again Chris and Den Mom Deb! I know you did it for Del but you really got me out of a pickle. You guys rock the casbah!
