Fedora Leaving?

Sounds like Fedora is as good as gone, after his Hawaii bowl vacation. North Carolina offered him their head coaching position yesterday, and he's reportedly #1 on Texas A&M's list. Aggies interviewed him yesterday.

Freeze must be one hell of a preacher. All of my buddies were pissed about the hire and almost all of the internet chatter was negative as well. That was until the presser. I guess those who are most lost and hopeless are the ones easiest to lead.

I didn't know about this alleged Ole Miss offer to Fedora, prior to the Freeze hire...

"Larry Fedora:

A&M may be moving to Fedora...Fedora's stock is high and his win (over Houston) yesterday only helped that. He has reportedly already turned down the job at Ole Miss, and is quickly becoming a top candidate for jobs with the Kansas Jayhawks and North Carolina Tar Heels.

The Verdict: Fedora turning down Ole Miss and...a solid paycheck indicates that he might be willing to wait at USM until the right job comes along. While Ole Miss isn't a great job because it is so hard to win in that division, I'd guess it's better than the Kansas and UNC jobs in their current situations."

All of my buddies .

Are these the same guys you hunt hogs with spears with?

I am excited about him. The more I read about his record, the more impressive he is. What I like is that he could very well be there for a while. That is what this program needs.

No, Ole Miss fags are only good for drinking brown water and shopping.

His record also includes coaching girls basketball at Briarcrest which starts before the football season ends.

Who's he gonna get for his offensive coordinator? Pat Summitt?

If he wanted to prove that he could coach then he came to the right place. His ability to right the ship will be tested by folks that don't have much patience.

I thought Ole Miss just fired a preacher-coach. One of Nutts nicknames on the sports shows was the
Right Reverend. This will be interesting to see play out. Freeze seems to be successful in past jobs.
Ole Miss will be quite the challenge.

Who wins the Heisman? I'm saying Robert Griffen III.
