I made some with a duplicolor translucent wheel paint and some wet sanding. I botched one sombrero and bought a second to start over, but after the practice one, they turned out pretty good!For what it’s worth, I just came across a recent YouTube video (8:15 mark) where the guy mentions that someone in CO “smokes” the Land Cruiser rear badge. Might need to chase him down. Presumably you can put a tinted wrap on it but doubt it would look the same. Curious if anyone tried. Mine looks terrible and is cracking on an otherwise pristine truck.
