Well I got it .. from MAF

So what I need to know to put and use .. ? proper instaltion .. ?

Only pullout the shock ( one point ) and put in the top of the coil .?

Measure the wire dia of your spring, times it by the amount of coils, then measure your bump stop clearance, and ensure you have room in your claculation for the spacers, and factor in 30mm of bump stop crush.

Then if all that adds up to allow them to fit without coil binding [turning the coil seat into bumpstops] put them on top of the spring, and cable tie them on, and keep an eye on them, because they can split, and make the spring sit on an angle, or fall out of the seat.

Without knowing what springs you have, you then need to jack the car up and measuree the droop you have left witht he shocks you are using, to ensure the shocks are long enough. You should have a minimu of 70mm of droop .
 
what material are the MAFs?
do they crush easily?

I have a totaly stock HDJ-80 with 285 and my idea is get more tire room, take in mind I have the factory springs .. that are to old ( 11 years my TLC is a 95 model ) and tired ..
