Umm you got me thinking now

:hhmm:This is one of those April fools jokes.

Well it's not an intentional April fool. Yes Paul it was an inside job. I did it inside our shop.

On the way back today dad and i started talking about his roof rack. Well I ended up driving away with this on my roof. Its a 16 ft canoe

hate to say it buuutttt bet it spends more time hangin out in the rafters than raftin:D

Dad bought it up in Wyoming before I was born. He's never used it. I thought it was structural to the house

if its been there that long itmightjust B:lol:

Nice score, I've wanted to pick one up a few times but its always the question of will it be another one of those things sitting up and not getting used? We did some canoeing yesterday and enjoyed the few passes we took for a $5 rental fee :)

Well got the roof rack back on today at work. Used the forklift and a "crane hook" to put it back up. Our Tractor with front end loader isn't tall enough. :)

Gonna try to fix some of the leaked this coming week. Wanna try to take valve cover off and change that and might have a timing cover leak as well will determine more.

Got my a/c recharged by that guy down the road with that dome house. Seems to know his stuff about trucks. :). Blows like a champ in arctic now.

Good deal nice to have access to the forklift and crane to save the back :) will need that AC real soon with it heating up I enjoyed having all the windows peeled back in the 80 today for a snowball run with the family after wrenching on the tow truck and camper :)

Well. I guess I can bring you my springs mike. I changed the front leafs today. Not a whole lot higher but stiffer. About 3 fingers taller.

Going to do rear tomorrow. Didn't have enough "good" bushings so ordered some from car quest. I'll see how they fit and might buy some for the front also

Just looked at the pics. I did have some jack stands. This was right after I removed to lower

Well, Another update I guess...

I had driven about 40 miles over the weekend, Going to the BBQ, Camp, B day party.. .. Was doing 60 MPH about a couple hours before on the way home.

I went check out some of my property in the fields, and was heading back home. I was I was still in 4H. Doing about 30 MPH or so. I noticed shaking about 1 Second before, i let off accellerator, then sundenly lost the pressure on the wheel. It normaly pulls a little to right... I thought I actually locked up the wheel, but turns out I didn't.. :D

I think it could have been worse if I hadn't had the hubs locked in and in 4H. I've got a Lockright front and rear so I still had power pulling on the passenger side. It actually drove where I steered.

As an after thought I'm glad I hadn't been in 2H with my hubs unlocked, because I would have been doing about 55... I'm glad it happened when it did, on a "empty" road, vs. the 4 lane I would have been in the morning. I had a spurt of the moment notion to go check the fields, and It saved me I guess.. :D

That happen to me once in my 87 Toyota pickup, I had three four wheels in back with a trail. Freak the :censor: out me!!!! Cool you got it on video Cody.:steer:

Well got the brush guard mounted. Not sure what it's from but it's tiny ish. :). But it was a great deal I couldn't pass up.

Also put some stickers I've been meaning to put on.. :D

Anyway. On to the pics. :)

Eventually I'm gonna try to take the chrome bumper off, and see if that allows me to use all bolts in. Or not...

it's just temporary...it'll probably end up on the camper 60. :D

Thanks for looking.
