The Colorado Association of Four Wheel Drive Clubs 1st Quarter State Delelgates Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, January 17, 2015 from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Ramada Plaza Hotel, 10 E. 120th Avenue, Northglenn, CO 80233, Phone (303)452-4100.

The meeting will be followed by a Casino Night with Door Prizes from 5:00 - 8:00 pm.

Dinner (Sandwich Buffet) at the hotel will cost $25.00 per person and we need a minimum head count of 30 people. Other wise we will have to do dinner on your own as no outside food or beverage service can be brought into the hotel.

Please RSVP by Sunday, January 11 so we can get an acurate head count.
The door prizes are collecting rapidly...top prize courtesy of Predator 4 Wheel Drive, LLC is a Warn VR10000 winch which retails for $799.00...again, I need RSVP's for dinner and the Casino Night.

Looks like we are still club members on there website. There is an address in woodland park next to our club name and Lukes phone number. I think the wife wants to go so we might make a date out of it since we haven't had one of those for a little over 7 years.

COA4WDCI Members,

Some additional information about the meeting and Casino Night.

So you can get Door Prize Tickets three ways.

1. Come to the meeting and pay for dinner $25.00 and you will receive one Door Prize ticket.
2. Stay for the Casino Night and you will be given a voucher for $500 in chips and at the end of the night you will get one Door Prize ticket per $100 in chips that you have won.
3. You can purchase additional Door Prize tickets for $5.00 each (this is a fund raiser), as many as you want before you leave if you are not staying for dinner and the Casino Night.

The Door Prizes will be all out on a table with a large Solo Cup labeled with the item so there is no confussion and you put your Door Prize ticket(s) in the cup for the item you want to win. At the end of the Casino Night or when ever you are done playing, you present your voucher as certified by the dealer (side games don't count) and you will be given an additional Door Prize ticket for every $100 in chips and then given time to place them in the cup(s) of your choice.

So yes, if you really want the COA4WDCI 35 Anniversary Travel Mug and you have won and or purchased 20 tickets, you can put all 20 tickets int he one cup!

Around 8:30 we will begin drawing prizes. You do not need to be present to win. However if you plan on leaving, please make sure your name is written on the back of the ticket in the cup or have a trusted Four Wheeler who is staying till the end hold your tickets.

Also make sure you have signed in for the meeting so we have your contact information.

And a reminder, we have to gove them a head count for dinner by Monday morning, January 12th and we need at least 30 folks for them to do set up the sandwich buffet.
