When I first started getting carbs shipped my way from Dearborn, I started wondering if y'all weren't tryin to fuel your cruisers with somthin a little different than we do on the Left Coast, seen as how there was all kind of funny colored powdery stuff and such in those carbs.

Well now clutchee's gone done and confirmed it!

So I gone done and emptied 'er out onto one of my t-shirts for closer examination. Now I'm no expert on the subject [rumors notwithstanding] but this stuff sure does look like a member of the plant species. I wondered, which one?

Whatever was makin it past this 'okie' filter screen [only explanation that makes any sense!] had a pretty high water content.

Well, once I finally got 'er cleaned up enough to warrant [specific word choice will become apparant] reassembling, I picked up the banjo fitting for the return line only to discover...................more contraband!

Clutchee, you just let me know whether you want me to forward this last one to the authorities, or just send the contents back to you!
