Clear and Crystal-Clear lenses for the 80

the ones in post # 5 are those for adding front side markers? If so whats the size difference compared to the rear?

Those in #5 are for the front side marker and AFAIK it is not compatible with the rear side markers.

They're not on the JDM models and I'm not even sure if you're allowed to change the color from red, etc... either (Isn't there some reflector thingy on there, too?)

Anyway, I might have said it somewhere, but Harry (LX_TREME) might be the only one that has them on Mud and/or might know how you can go about getting them.

Do you mind clarifying what you mean by the "models" and prices? I thought I had most of the parts and costs listed on my thread, but I'm a little dense sometimes.

BTW, my crystal clear front turn signals and crystal red/clear LED taillights looked great! I had a guy in a Jeep chase me down wanting to buy my 80. He specifically mentioned that he really liked the rear red LED lights.

Now I am confused, I recently bought the below pictured rig off of another forum member and it has rear side markers and I belive that it is JDM? Can you source the Red rear side markers as I am missing a lense on the opposite side:

I have seen the rear markers (red) in a parts mag. in Japan which were the US 80 parts.

So either the PO had installed the US parts or fabbed up something aftermarket.
But AFAIK they were not standard/available for the JDM models. They're not on my '90 anyway.

There is also the LED tail lights (post no. 80). Are those still available?

One more thing: the headlights in post no. 18. You mention they are for the RHD only. I've recently bought a HDJ81 from Japan, which I intend to convert to LHD. Do you think those headlamps will fit after the conversion?

They all are available, except the crystal-clear taillights with black trim (I have chrome). I can still get the ones with black trim/frame though.

And the headlights that I have are for the RHD vehicles which drive on the left side of the road. So unless you guys in Haiti drive on the left side of the road they would not work.

Anyway, let me know how many of which ones you want and we can get the ball rolling.

Euro LED's

Someone on Mud is getting these.

He's been bugging me to post pics of them just so he can sleep at night while he waits for them to arrive. So here it goes.

These are the slightly darker, "smoke" lense ones. (Hard to tell in the pics perhaps, but the box says so.)

I've seen them available on e-bay, so if you're patient you should be able to get them cheaper on e-bay than through me!

But if you are not patient or do not mind shelling out the $$$ let me know if I can get them for you.

Part# LC80-02-02J dark and # LC80-02-03J for clear one.
