Brother, your life just changed.
Trust me, I can’t wait for my vacation at end of this year. I know it will help, but my back and knee are already feeling sigh of relief

What kind is that, we plan on getting one this year too. Well 2021...

Challenger 10,000lbs lift. Arms can be swapped, plus the lift is American made.... techs installing it showed me pics of the Chinese ones they have removed..... scary.

Mine is a challenger too however it is the Chinese division of Snap On. My cousin is the VP of the lift division and he says the Challenger is all is DIY guys need

Did either of y'all pour more than 4" of concrete in these areas of the slab in preparation for a lift in the future?

Yes mine is 6-8” thick- can’t remember exactly

So Challenger vs. Bendpak? I am looking at a 2 post asymmetric one for the shop after the first of the year.

I've got a reinforced thickened slab section for mine to live on when I get there

I would think for your use the Bendpak would be fine. But in my world it would be #3 on my list.

What would the other 2 be? I am in the market, so ill take all the advice that can be offered.

#1 Rotary #2 Challenger #3 BendPak

I got a Rotary strictly for street cred in Instagram posts.

And because another shop that had Rotary and Bendpak said they wanted to toss their Bendpak and get another Rotary due to the difference in stability/quality.

On the other hand, the Mexican NAPA shop across the street runs a million cars through every day and they run the $2000 generic lifts. They don't take IG photos though. Their mechanics are also harder to kill.
