I am always on the look out for guests of the podcast. I love that there are people who are supportive of me and my ramblings about classic, vintage, collector, heirloom, project... cruisers. I am grateful for those who have been on the podcast to this point. Needless to say there are times that I need "shoot my shot" I have reached out to a noticeable name and cruiser head to see if he would be interested in joining me on the podcast. I am not going to mention his name until I get the final say on if he is going to be on or not so I don't jynx it. But if I get to have this particular guest I am really going to be geeking out. I already am just at the possibility of having him.
So I am trying to build up suspension but this week's episode is still coming. I am waiting as fast as I possibly can to get this interview. So look forward to it late Friday early Saturday.

Just finished recording with Jack Carr!!!!

Who is Jack Carr?
He is the Author behind the terminal list series that was made into a series on prime video staring Chris Pratt

He had TLC restore his FJ62 with a LS swap that is featured in the series and his books.
I thought so too but they are clones of his 62 and there were 3 of them. 2 built up and one with a full cinematic cage built onto it. But yes TLC did do a restomod with an LS

He is a decorated Navy seal. Good guy to be in a land cruiser.

Without making you wait any longer here is this week's episode of the Classic Land Cruisers Podcast.

This week I have Jack Carr on to talk about his personal Land Cruisers, the characters in his books that have Land Cruisers and his upcoming new book The Fourth Option.

Available on most popular listening platforms.

Never heard of him or any of the other stuff you mentioned. And he owns a Land Cruiser, I assume?
His Terminal List FJ62 is in the Museum. I picked it up from his facility near Park City.

Great interview Dan! We were amazed you did it while driving!
There was a miscommunication I thought it was at 11, he sent me a message at 9 saying he was on. I was at the bank and didn't want to miss my opportunity. And for someone as busy as Jack you got to do what you got to do.

On a different note not only do I hate the sound of my own voice but also hate the way I look in the camera. But people seem to be more engaged with the videos so I am out voted and not only do you have to hear me every week but you have to see my ugly mug as well.

Your doing the Lord’s work with the podcast! Keep it up! We always enjoy the podcast over a few cocktails! 🍻
Cheers!

On this week's episode of the Classic Land Cruisers Podcast....

I speak with Ben Ellsworth about his 80 series and how when he bought it he had to fly from California to Texas and drove it straight back in time to take a nap and get back to his next long shift. He also becomes the second guest in a month from Nashville.
