Did you spot face the surface on the other side of the manifold where the washer torque down the manifold to the head? Its worth the trouble if they are even a few thousandths out. Even clamping load = happy gaskets.

I'm not sure I know what your saying. I just had the intake and exhaust ports machined flat so they would line up, the exhaust ports were off quite a bit compared to the intake ports. Thanks for the dremel tip, that is something I can hopefully handle.

I thought the gasket kit came with 2 of the 3 hole gaskets, Ill take a picture of the set from O'reillys
