I have procrastinated for too long joining this forum and finally figured I would get my butt in gear. I have a 1987 fj60 that I continue to upgrade. Much of how it sits now is from the prior owner. Here shortly the cab is going to be swung over to a completely stripped and powdercoated chassis with a vortec 350 crate motor, overdrive adapted transmission, full disc brake conversion, custom built and coated flowmastwr exhaust, ARB air lockers, birfields, bead locks, and all new hardware. So FYI - that entire stock chassis, engine, and transmission is all up for sale if anyone cares to make a trip through Oregon!

I love this rig - it has a little bit of a "back of grandma's garage" story and only 161k on it.

It was really cheap so I gave it a shot and I actually like it. It's a perfect fit between the e-brake and the passenger seat. The material they used to cover it was a little odd and it came the week after I had the interior redone or I would have had it recovered too. It's all on a plywood/partical board box frame and is really pretty solid. A HUGE upgrade from stock!

Custom fab'd by some shop down in Cali before it made its way up here. I really like the front bumper but I am on the fence for how they did the side armor.

Ya, sick front bumper. I love it. It looks stealthy and bad ass. Add a heavy add a leaf and your set, those springs look flat as a board.

They are those aluminum ultra's that came with a bargain on the tires, and I had a buddy powder coat them black for a few bucks.

I gotta admit I am kinda hooked on the poo brown now that I have had it around a while haha
