Nope, only Bison heart..A friend invited us over for a Bison "roast" for diner... wound up being the heart; The was not amused.

On another occasion he cooked up llama. That was pretty tasty! Seems the meat was worth more than anything else. He bought 3 of them for $45 total at auction. Got over #150 of meat from them.

That is definitely an interesting roof rack. Almost looks like a "spoiler" on the tail end?

They were for directing air down onto the rear of the car/pig to blow the dust off. Common accessory for people that live on dirt roads but never seen one on a pig!
