Resurrecting this from the dead.... I'm interested in a solution as well.

Has there been any progress on a commercially available solution for those with side curtain air bags and rear AC?

Not from my end.

I believe ARB now lists an option but also requires the drawer system? Not sure, contact Slee on that one.

The side curtains in a 100 deploy from above the plastic molding around the windows. They would get hung up on my barrier mounts. So I will never offer one for 03-07 LC/LX.

Raingler says that the 80-series net will work. I'm probably going to try one out until I can figure out what the deal is with the Milford barriers. I prefer to have something in place rather than nothing...
