Unlike the early days, the 70 Series made up the majority of Land Cruisers present at last year's event. We need to make sure that trend continues. :)

It's rumored that there might be a "Nissan" event during the same period so if you even tentatively plan to attend it might be prudent to book your cabins, camp sights or hotel rooms ahead of time. Fortunately it's not a "Land Rover" event so we shouldn't be walking in oil in the parking lot.

I understand the Coronavirus is on everyone's mind and not a week goes by that a Cruiser event isn't cancelled somewhere in the U.S. We are going with the premise that since our event is scheduled fairly late in the year we'll be good to go. We will obviously monitor the progress or lack thereof and make a decision prior to late September. If we can't hold the event in an environment where everyone is reasonably safe we will considering rescheduling or cancelling.
Stay tuned .....

So if I show up again in a rental Chevy, 'yaall might let me in again?

The board of directors will need to meet beforehand to discuss your request. At least one board member can be bought off with a 6 pack of PBR so the odds are in your favor.

Great! My HZJ77 will arrive in Savannah in June, so I'll have to get her trail ready by then ^_^
I'm looking forward to meeting all of y'all!
You'll be among good company. There were several 77 Series present last year.

Land Cruisers, friends, beautiful scenery and good food ...... All of the necessities of life. :)

In response to several emails.......

Other than the park permit (Windrock) and a WMA permit (if we venture onto the WMA) there are NO other fees. We do not charge to attend and never have. Hope to see you there.

** Unlike some events, we do not do vehicle inspections. It's your responsibility to make sure your vehicle is up to the task.

It's never to early to tell your boss that you're going to be busy on September 17 - 20. :)

In boss, you mean she who must be obeyed:princess:?!? [commonly know as princess / bride / commander-n-chief / ...]
Exactly ...... :)

Right now, mine will be attending. No camping, so we have a motel booked.

We had plenty of wives and children in attendance last year. Hopefully that trend will continue.

It's billed as a 70 Series event but we still respect our older relatives. :)
