Cross member looks great. I was nervous about you eliminating it altogether and didn't understand how you planned to do the UCA mounts without it, but thought maybe I hadn't followed the napkin completely. But now it looks like you've nailed it.

Sorry, I meant I was eliminating the crossmember behind the buckets. There's just no room. See the pic (ignore the nasty boogers, you can fix those on the trail for me)

It seems like it is taking forever!

Everything is in place to take the coils & UCAs, painted and ready to go...

The axle housing is ready to slide under. I need to reposition the jack stands to fab the LCA frame mounts. (The wood isn't holding the truck up its just there for piece of mind while underneath!)

I was measuring the driveshaft length... just like the front, the rear is a dead ringer for an 80 series. It's within 1/4".
 
We took a break to work on a Three 6 FabWorks side project. If anybody can guess what it is, I'll post an action video.
