Camp and Shoot 12/15/17 also maybe xmas party? (1 Viewer)

Friends we are heading to the end of the year and this is the last run on the books. It would be fun to take advantage of the time off between Christmas and New Years so if anyone has ideas let's hear 'em. For now, let's work on the next run and bundle it with the Christmas party.

On the subject of the xmas party, since we are an eating and wheeling club I am thinking that doing something which incorporates those themes makes a bit more sense.

Camp and Shoot

Plan is to head out Friday and snag a spot on the east most end of the range. I'll bring the B&T banner. Saturday we can spend part of the day exploring and the other part shooting. Saturday night around 5PM we can kick off the Christmas party. We can then depart Sunday.

We are working on what the club can support for Saturday dinner but expect some main dish and adult refreshments.

Please post up if you can make it and if you have an alternate option for the xmas party definitely post that up. If one comes to be we'll assess how many can attend either way.

Sean and I are planning to attend if able to move our work schedule around. We are likely going to Big Bear Dec 9-11 for my birthday. I'll make a post as we'll likely do a day of wheeling while up there

The weekend of the 15th works for me. I'd be willing to host the party at the ranch but its probably not much closer than Fish Creek and we wouldn't be able to shoot, but I live at the base of Thomas Mt. so there is some light wheeling with great views at the top. Everyone is welcome to camp at the ranch if you want to make an overnighter of it? Just throwing it out there.

I really want to get out there. Some hearts are really set on and looking forward to the camp and shoot so I'd hate to cancel that.
