Are you finding the need for caster shims with 60 series install? 4* on your blue 60 also? Inspiring build. 👍

Can’t have too much caster IMO ….. I have some shims I’m putting in this one before it goes home

How much lift are you getting out of that Dobinson?

Not sure exactly. All trucks have a different starting point. Brown truck came up 4” but it will settle an inch like my blue truck has.

Do you have a link or the name of the wheel well flaps? They look great. Awesome build btw.

At what point do you find we need to add 4* shims? Steering issues are next on my list and I’m wondering if shims are in order.

That cable install was a breeze by the way. My truck drives so much nicer now. Thanks for the help!

Read up on Caster. It’s pretty cool stuff.

So if you bought a Chevy Blazer with leaf springs in 1984 it would have had 5* positive

If I remember Toyota comes with 1* stock

Add any longer aftermarket shackle and you start chipping away at the tiny bit of positive caster Toyota gave you.

Probably overkill.....but did you replace the nuts and studs in the side cover that hold the rear heater pipe on the engine, or just remove it and put them back on? Thanks for another great build thread.

Studs stayed and I put nuts on them

All work stopped Wednesday to today about 2 as we had a movie being filmed here on the farm. Fun times. They turned the shop into a movie set

The Minute you wake up dead. Check it out on IMDb.

Looking good, I want one of those alignment tools. Can you show a picture of the caster shims installed? Thanks

They just go big wedge forward on a normal shackle setup.

I have searched MUD and google for the 3 drive belts for a 2f. I can find one, but not all 3. Do you happen to have the PNs for all 3? Or a good source to buy all 3? The only one I have been able to find, I think, is the one that is linked with the PS pump. Thanks

Toyota sells all of them

Two here. Just need AC belt number.
