Where are you located? What do you want for the rear bumper?

Great rig...I am curious what you got it for? If you don't mind sharing; PM me. I like the looks of it. White and tan are just sweet. The rig seems to be built nicely. Enjoy:)

Back to your question- Yes. You are crazy! Great looking rig with mods a lot of folks will never have the chance to experience. You have the ultra cool Storm Trooper effect going on. I imagine you saved quite a bit by buying this already modded. So embrace your economic windfall and join us next year for our big outing.

You said the same thing to me . . . jezebel

The two best 200 colors ever. Your red because it is beautiful clean and you actually wash it and white because the desert southwest demands it....:)

Thanks. I feel like I got a pretty good deal in it. I would love to join you guys next year!! I've been seeing all of the 200 series pics from Ouray. Looked like a blast. I went to Moab a few years on dual sports (trailered out there) and it was awesome. I have the itch to go back now so I'm def in next year!!

Was this the rig in Miami ? great looking truck btw.....

I saw that rig up for sale, that thing is super sweet. I loved every mod on that truck. If you do sell the rear bumper, look at the ARB rear without the swing out. That is the bumper I plan on using..

I would love to see that truck in person, I also have a 2011 white 200. Are you ever in Marietta for lunch?

Hey guys I just bought a 2008 LC. I have built up 80 series I have been driving for a few years and decided I wanted a 200 for a daily driver. I found one that had been completely modded, heck it even has Icon stage 5 suspension. I know me and I knew I would eventually get the itch to mod my 200 even if it was stock. So, I figured it was a good idea to buy this one since I got a great deal in all the extras. BUT I kinda wish I would have just bought a stock rig. This one drives great, I will be wheeling and adventuring in it but for some reason I just don't like the big rear bumper and I feel like the rear has too much lift. Ive actually considered selling the rear bumper and putting a stock one on. Same with the snorkel...

A few mods you can't see:
ARB compressor
ARB rear locker
Rear drawer system (which I do like)
Icon suspension
HAM radio

I really like the way Krieten's rig looks and it pretty much has the same tires and wheels. I feel like all the extras kind of hides what the vehicle is?? Am I crazy?? Anyone agree?? Thanks in advance!

I think perhaps you have a COLOR COMbo issue rather than too large a rear lift. Since the bumper is black, and your rear is white, the white rear looks high. If it was all black...I suspect you issue literally and figuratively "disappears."

Perhaps paint your bumper...

You mention you like Keratin's truck look. His truck is dark. Funny, but a HUGE majority of Mud 200's are dark grey. Perhaps it's because of how well it tends to blend with the color of most mods...which tent to be dark great or black by default.

What do you think?

Hey guys, thanks for all of the positive feedback and different perspectives. This has been very helpful. You guys have made some great points. After driving the rig for a week, getting a little dirt on it and mostly getting the dang tire shine off its really growing on me. As many of you have mentioned these mods will come in handy if ever needed. When I bought it I was thinking it would be a DD and my 80 would just be an offroad toy but I'm already changing my mind. This one is set up nicely plus its way more enjoyable to drive than the 80.

@kreiten had a great point (Im paraphrasing---) "if you join us in Moab next year you will be glad you have those mods on your truck." And he is exactly right. I am going to leave the truck alone for now. This kinda goes along with my theory on dual sport tires: Knobbies are great offroad and good enough on road, street tires are worthless offroad. Its a compromise like everything else!!
