Knewstance
Rudster

Cholla
ScottyDog?
Cactuscrzr?
Dissent?

I'm free to go any day this week, but I'll plan on Saturday if anyone else is interested in joining me. It looks like it should be a fun place for a day trip.

Circle K looks to be the closest gas station for a meeting point:
2005 N Power Rd, Mesa, AZ 85215

Permit:

Any input on the best routes through the area? I'm looking at starting at 3554 then 10 onto 1356 and then heading home through Apache Junction.

Anyone do this trail recently?

Was out there camping last weekend with @verruckt1. Entered on 3554 to 10 to 1356. Nice simple local tail. What time are you thinking?

Good to hear!

I was thinking in the morning. Probably meeting about 8:30 and heading for the trailhead at 9:00.

That may be doable. Let me see how the week goes and let you know later this week. @verruckt1 you interested in going?

There may be traffic Sat., no biggie, just be aware of ATV's not being aware.

Can't tell if your rig is stock or lifted? I wouldn't do it stock.

Enjoy the trail.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll make sure I'm watching for them.

I think my avatar picture is older. It's lifted on 33s.

I did this trail a few weeks ago from Blue Point to Wolverine in a totally stock 2018 4Runner TRD Off Road. It’s fun, scenic ride. No problems at all...even with stock street tires (although I did air down to 16 psi)

I'm interested. Any idea how long it might take? Have something Saturday night I need to make sure I get back for.

The trail takes about an 1hr or so if not congested. When I was out there 2 weeks ago it was a ghost town.. hardly saw anyone.

I'm in.

Ohhh.. close to home. I may be able to get away for a half day adventure.

what used to be optional obstacles years ago are posted "no motor vehicles" now

See you guys at the entrance off of Usery Pass about 830am

I can be at that circle K. See you there

I ran this in January, great scenic trail, we entered from the south and exited at Usery Pass. May be able to make this one.
