Not to deter your search for a rear sill, but I would say the likelihood of finding a decent sill out of a 1970 era fj40 would be few and far between because of the rust issues.

Aftermarket would probably be the best bet.

Ugh yea I was afraid of that. I’m not in a crazy hurry so I was hoping someone might have one laying around from a stalled project
 
Duh... I didn't think of that strategy. I would say there'd be a good chance of that.
