Broken Pipe on Air Cleaner

This tube has come loose from its little hole after 281k miles. Assume it’s going to cause some sort of problem? JB Weld putty? Thanks in advance.

Yes, it will allow unfiltered air into the engine.

JB weld might do the job, but soldering or welding it would be better
