Hey everyone,
I am looking for a spare electrical connector. Looks like this;

While rebuilding my friends front axle this plug was smashed and is no longer operable. I need a new/used FEMALE connector like pictured above.
There is no part number listed on it except "Y" and "01"

Any help here would be awesome!

That is one I've been working at off-and-on for awhile. It matches the connector that is found on a Toyota Special Service Tool, so let me see if that tool is available, and how much.

you can also use a new connector. Molex, Tyco, Deutsch, take your pick. will mean cutting off the connector from the motor and the harness side, soldering and crimping and matching the connector with its mating counterpart.

downside is that anytime the motor needs to be replaced in future, this has to be repeated.

I want a connector that fits the stock harness. I know I could cut off both sides splice the wires and be done, but I'd rather have a factory connection.

Thanks, Onur. I was afraid you might have beat me to it, but had never asked. ;)
