Mega stumped here gents.
Front brake rotors are friggin welded to the hub. Heat, big hammers and soaking in penetrant; nothing works. Its soooo solid that i’m wondering if i missed something. Looks like the newer rigs have retaining bolts which hold the assembly together but not mine. Anyone have a neat trick suggestion before i blast this thing with the plasma?
Thanks

On the back side you can try two longer 8mm c 1.25 pitch bolts and see if it will separate. Looks pretty crusty and may need heat and penetrating oil.

There are rotors held to hub by bolts and others held by the lug studs pressed through. Looks like bolt style tabs there but undrilled and tapped.

Try the 8mm. Otherwise press out the lug studs.

Press the studs out and then gently tap the rotor . I sacrifice one Lugnut that gets reused on every stud in the press .

I’m an idiot, cheers boys
