THAT Sucks!
Haha, it definitely had its down side, but on the up side, the untested spare transmission was awesome and I made it on time to SAS2 anyway.
My buddy that came over to help me brought a six pack of these over and we celebrated getting done at near midnight.

Seemed appropriate.

Look forward to swiping one of these when I have more garage clearance...Currently rub the top pulling in and out.

Just deflate your tires every night and re-inflate after you pull out. Piece of cake!

Seriously, I get it and appreciate. When I built my house (actually added on, built it in intentional chunks for lack of $$) I had intended on 8ft doors and it just kinda went screwy between design and build. Ended up with 7ft, which works but 8ft would have been great.

I considered it, but my punctuality is already bad enough...waiting until early spring and I should finally have a daily.

anyone know if the slot sizes are the same on the front runner racks?? if so they have a lot of nice accessories that could be added. I did add an awning and purchased extra attachments so it could be moved to either side in a matter of minutes.

Excellent rack - cool light bar too. Which lightbar is that?

Mine is an extreme led x6, I was on the fence with a bar because of the “bar bro” thing and general look. After having it for a few years I couldn’t be happier, the circular lights complement the 60 series and the amber ends match the running lights

you can get a slimmer version that fits flush with the wind guard where mine pokes out (I opted for the larger brighter non-slim version)

@dogfishlake Any timeline on a restock for the MaxTrax Adapters? Or does anyone have another solution? I was about to go drilling on some aluminum flat bar from the hardware store, but want to know what else is out there.

Edit: I found 2 alternate solutions, but would like to support a Mud vendor if possible:
Prinsu Universal Mount $40
K9 Adapter $60

I will have more of all accessories soon. Material supply has been terrible since the Covid b.s. started. I have increased my order quantities on just about everything to try to get better control of stock.
The adapters are pretty simple to make. The cross bars are on 1" centers and the maxtrax studs need a 1/2" hole. The adapters can be a simple plate that bolts to the bar with t-nuts and hangs over the side with the 1/2" hole. You really don't have to have 4 holes in the plate for cross bar attachment, 2 would work. You would need 4 plates. I'll pm you about getting you a set though.

For making your own items, the best place to get t-nut fasteners and extra bars is tnutz.com

They have regular and drop in t nuts as well as the slick drop in studs. They are fast and inexpensive to order from. You need fasteners for 10 series extrusions.

This roof rack wouldn't by any chance fit the high roof to fit my HJ61?

I think I know the answer but that rack looks too quality not to ask anyway.
It doesn't fit the high roof, sorry.
