Luke111 Yeah the two green ones look very similar but where I found them on the internet they showed different locations one was in AZ and one was in So Cal. I have seen War Pig and I don't really want to chop that much I like the idea of keeping the 4 door look with the short box on the back. I plan on doing a lot more research before I start chopping away at the 71. Would be awesome though if I could find these owners and maybe they will have some dos and don'ts for me to follow. Thanks for the interest in the Thread everyone.

for some reason I think the metallic green one with two pictures was from San Diego? NOT MINE, nor did I ever see it in person but I think for some reason it was from, or in san diego for a while. I dont know too many other pig owners around here, but my guess would be that some of the beach and toys TLCA club might know who's it is.

yes I've seen clemson's pig. I would like to get a few pictures of the chop from him I have PMd him already. However I already purchased a pig from a guy in Tucson.

Rethinking

hey I hope it makes you purists happy. I have been looking at the pig more and more since it arrived yesterday and I don't think that I'm going to cut the top. The headliner is perfect and the rust on the roof isn't nearly as bad as it looked in the pictures. Roof Stays Will build a piggy trailer for it.

Here's mine before, and after the last canyon run :grinpimp:. Darn pinions!

Oh, so you just totally cut off the back & boxed it in. That sure woulda been waaay easier than bobbing & trying to reuse the rear clip. That's what I shoulda done :bang: Wish I could have seen your rig before I tubed the rear or mine out :frown: Tube doors & tire carrier look :smokin:

Tucker That's some good photochopin. Especially the second one. That's pretty close but I intend on keeping it a 4 door. Give that a photochop whirl. lol
