Your a better man than me Mel. I tried to do what your doing with my Bj62 swap, but chose to wire the edic separately instead. I cannot over state how much I absolutely hate electrical stuff, but it eventually worked. Congrats.

This is why I ALWAYS start over with an aftermarket wiring kit..doing what you are doing is sooo hard. If anyone can do it..its you!

Not without my mechanic buddies Frank and Gunnar. Between the three of us, we will get it done.

Cheers to Gunnar and Frank!
It's great to have friends like those, good help is hard to find!
Wish you luck..... :-)

Wiring almost done - thanks Gunnar & Frank.

New exhaust going in.....

I had Allen's Muffler here in Gainesville route it exactly as it came from the factory:

Under the frame
along the passenger side
over the frame/ driveshaft
thru the muffler
over the axle
out behind the drivers rear tire

I also purchased flex tube for the downpipe, to keep it from self destructing. The 3b shakes a good bit when you turn it off.

The pics are of Kynots62.

Very nice work lads. Great attention to detail. Love the color scheme and integration of all those fancy electrics most BJ60 have never seen the likes of!

But why, oh why follow the OEM over and back again all over the place exhaust plan?

I agree with the first part of this post, and have the same question as the second part.

I would have to say stock bumper as you seem to be going strong in that direction. If you wheel it, tube.

Beautiful work!
