Appears it was recovered about 2 blocks from where you reported it stolen - Im sure everything of value from inside is gone, but at least they didn't go very far.

if I recall, there are only 30 some different key cuts for 1980's Toyota's........they are easy to take

when our 62 was stolen, we got it back minus the stereo.......but they had polished the wheels and shinned the tires, freaking weird
Replace the ignition and door keys for a start. The issue was Toyota used VERY soft material on the tumblers in the 1980s which means that pretty much any worn key will work on them. Your best luck will be on the driver door and ignition key.
