I also painted and installed the front signal lights. These are the hella 2ba 003 022-021 lights. Their frame was black, but I wanted to look like the rest of the anthracite grey parts... The factory ones were damaged and i liked more the look of the old round lights than the square i owned...

One off my favorite builds. What you have accomplished so far in an open shed is noteworthy. Well done. 👍
 
After that i was thinking how to joint the gap between the two pieces of each arch. At first i thought using a proper body sealant would be fine and easy. But at the end I decided to follow the hard path by welding it.

I ordered these two pieces of galvanised sheets for the walls next to the door...

I also cut the fender shape from the bed sides. To do that i made a carton from the original bed sides and was easy to find were to cut. The only thing I had to calculate was the little difference between the high of the original frame and mine. Mine is sitting 1,5cm higher than the original so I had to cut 1,5cm lower to have the same distance from the wheel...
