Hello to all cruisers. The last two months i try to finish many things at the same time

, but nothing have been completed, except the windows... That's the reason that i haven't post for so long... I will upload some photos from the process... The windows and the windscreens were tinted before the installation...
And the most difficult was the roof... The rust had damaged almost all the perimeter so i had to spend many hours on welding and grinding...
And here almost finished with stucco and primer...
The roof paint job is done and the reassembly began...
The hinges were all damaged and one of them was rebuilt with other parts. So i decided to rebuild them all with two part hinges, so i can remove fast the doors when I wish....
I cut rubber seals and installed them with rubber glue. The result is very satisfying...
Installed the doors and the roof...
Found these seals for doors... They are very easy to install with their own sticky surface, and they fit perfectly filling all the gaps between the door and the body...
One other thing I built last month was these instrument cauges. The factory oil pressure cauge wasn't working, so i decided to buy these three new clusters to be sure that everything works fine....
Hello to all cruisers. The last two months haven't done much due to limited time. However i have made some progress with the bed frame. Also i built a bumper bracket that was missing... Enjoy the process...
Bed frame was removed from the car to weld the under joints.
All the parts are from galvanised iron. I ordered the sides of the bed in a machinery shop to match as possible to the factory ones. I drawed the parts i wanted and the result satisfied me a lot... The top part of the sides is from my old Hilux bed which has new flatbed...
After i removed the paint from the old parts, i attached them together by welding them and putting solid rivets..
After that i continued welding the frame of the bed that will hold the sides. The hard part was to shape them identical with the sides...
After that i installed some thread rivets on the bed frame that will later be useful for some attachments..
