Looks great.

I've thought about doing the swap for the HD springs. Is the part number 53-292018?
Thanks. The HD are actually 53-297686. Gave me nearly an additional inch of height compared to the standard load springs. But results may vary since the LX is heavier to begin with than the LC. I just wanted them for the additional load capacity. The standard loads would sag a full 2 inches when I loaded up about 700lbs of sod in the back. I'm nearly that heavy on weekend trips and certainly heavier on bigger trips so needed more support for sure.

Do you feel the need at all to add a panhard drop bracket with that additional inch?

Yes I do actually, that’ll be my next mod. Even before the swap to the HD springs I felt it could benefit from it. Under hard braking it definitely wants to dive/pull away from going straight.

Just placed my order thru Shockwarehouse. According to their website along with 4WP the rear shocks are on back order. I’m going with the complete Bilstein setup here incase someone needs parts numbers and doesn’t want to dig thru 43 pages of thread.

Yes

I am STILL waiting on one of the rear shocks.

Friend that got me the kit checked last week and they are saying, beg of August for availability

No issue for me, i still need to get a bunch more OEM stuff before i tear it all apart, but just an FYI

When did you order? If it’s early August for me as well that’s 4 to 6 weeks which I find reasonable. Plenty of other things I can have done in the meantime. (Tint, paint correction, ppf, possible audio upgrades).

Ordered a couple months ago. Basically when i got the truck.

Ordered through a friend (www.wheeleveryweekend.com), who is a Bilstein dealer)

He said they have these issues all time with Bilstein stuff on a bunch of various Toyota models. Some shocks available, some on back order. Apparently when they do production runs, they do one side at a time. Super weird

Anyone have any updates on the rears? I have an email out to Bilstein US. Dug up my old address book and was about to call Jack French but I didn’t realize he passed away! Last time I spoke with him he was revalving a set of shocks for my e30 track car circa 2005.

Just checked in with Shock Warehouse after placing my order about a month go. Was told they were expecting the rears to arrive during the first week of August but that has since been pushed back to end of the month. I asked if that was a firm date and was told no, only an estimated arrival per the manufacture.

Based on that bit of news I filed a RMA for the front's that have been sitting in my garage for the last 4 weeks and will reevaluate whether or not to even lift at all. If I do it will definitely be this kit but I would just re-order from a shop and let them package the parts and labor together and get it done right away. I am really enjoying the OEM ride though so might try the OEM spacer out and see if that scratches the stance itch for me.

The Billie fronts are awesome - a notch above. The rears can be OME, Ironman, King, etc. They’re all about the same in the back.

billies all around = transformed my 200. Rode in 2 other 200 with other suspension and they were horrendous
Yeah I had ome in rear after installing Bills in fronts, once I installed rears improved additionally. Less harsh but still had great control

Nice maybe I’ll wait for bilsteins! Did you do the entire thing? Front back and springs?
yes sir
