I got the one from carcovers.com

It seems to work well, has one AZ summer and no signs of damage. It also fit over my roof rack AND awning

@Somebodyelse5 did you purchase this cover with the vehicle selection being an actual 80 series? Or did you choose a larger vehicle like a suburban? Thanks!

I went with the carcover.com version. As said previous an ARB front fits fine. I was able to squeeze in the rear spare but it was pulling tight on the front so I decided to leave it out.

This is hands down the best car cover I've ever used.

I have one on my 40:

There's one for the 60 series:

Given how loose this fits on my 40, it may work. If I had a 60 series, I'd have one of these for it.

Tell me about your solar charger? I have to look into something like that because I have a parasitic draw that I don't feel like chasing.

I have a Victron 75/15 MPPT controller on a QPM wired in to a house battery up front connected to the starter battery via a BlueSea ACR. I use a 120w suit case panel when on trips but the one shown is just a cheap 10 or 20w one I use for float charging. The Victron controller has a pretty nice bluetooth app that lets you check the status from ~50ft away.

I’m just using some generic Suburban/Expedition cover on mine. Full fitment with the offroad bumpers, roof rack and rear swing outs and spare tire. Fits really good. Got it on Amazon like 10 years ago.

That Victron looks like a nice unit. Is that just living under your hood? Also, because I have no idea what that acronym means, what is a "QPM"?

For all those with these covers on your cruisers, I have noticed I get water pooling in the roof rack and between the hood and the front bumper (there is a little dip that fills up with water).

Have any of you had to deal with that before? I am wondering if putting some rigid insulation on top would help the water fall off better.

I just put my plastic gun rifle case on the roof to mitigate the pooling of water
