I think many are also forgetting the modularity of the system, you can also clock the EPB wherever clearance allows.
Plenty of room to mount further up on the left side brakes.
The most common limitation will be the frame side track bar mount. Here's my 4" lift on 38's with 55mm bumpstop extension and Timbren 100 series LC bumpstop, fully flexed sitting on right side bump stop and left side fully drooped. Enough room for me to clock the EPB another 15 degrees up, which should give about 1.75-1.85" extra clearance from the ground. Total of 15"+ ground clearance for the EPB with my setup. ymmv
If you're on 40's and have even longer bumpstops, then that might even give you an extra 30 degrees or just over 3" of additional clearance.
Also don't forget I'm working on protection for the EPB for those that are concerned.
