OEM belt should still be available from Toyota. The skinny belt that's slightly longer is typically used when folks convert to the Saginaw steering pump. It works fine nestled into the wider crank and alternator pulleys, but has to be a smidge tighter so it doesn't slip. For your purposes just head to the dealership and grab the stock one. Might be good to have an idea of the part number on hand when you go, sometimes the parts counter folks aren't adept at finding parts for these old trucks. Consult the Toyota EPC for part number. It’s what the shop supplied back in the day, but I have OEM belt in storage, will try swapping.
