Here's some Washington Love!

Nice rig and use of the JDM flavor! I'm also seconding the Work Rims!

I may have missed it in the thread, but did you bolt on the tire carrier with reinforcement backing in the pillar? I thought US 80's didn't have the right construction/bracket to support the weight? Please forgive my redundancy of the tire carrier question.

I installed it myself. Cartoys wanted $250 to installed. Took me 1 hr to install. I wanted to run the Clarion vm700, but after doing all the work and money spent. It was cheaper and faster to install the Chameleon unit. Cost was $400. Not that bad. Priceless when i see my son watching his Scooby Doo.

Wow looking good bro. Your 80s electronics are almost as pimp as 98 Snake Eaters :)

Hey thanks girraffe
Sorry about the cable, I couldn't find it in the pile of parts. If there's one thing that I want is your motor. Sometime soon, I hope.

The altimeter/compass is not working. I don't have the wires. Only the map light and sunroof switch works. I got it without the wires.

Oh, gotcha. Well you're not missing much. My compass has never worked!

I was going to buy the wires from Sheldon, but $$ & time to install the wires is a negative in my book. Plus I have the soft headliner, which would of been a nightmare putting back!
