Hello,

If there are beer and a $40 lunch, I will do anything you say.

Nowadays, very few realize how important it is to have a job, let alone a job in the company of good people. All this while so many out there are desperate for an opportunity...

What is wrong with people? I do not understand.

Rant over.

Not to drag this issue out too far, but in general, I'm very willing to take less money for the work I do if know I get to work with great people and in a good/fun/safe atmosphere. But I'm older, my job is extremely specialized, and I understand how these things work. it's hard for some people to get what it means to work in a good "work" environment; time and experience help with that. Good luck @SNLC finding the right person(s) for your shop. Y'all do amazing things so it's a great opportunity for the right person.

Apologies for the thread diversion
