OK -was just kidding about the poker run - - perhaps the Mr. President can make the final call here given he instigated this round? Regardless we have a lot of options for future runs, as well

I can attest to District Pour House as having great drinks. Their infused drinks are great. Little pricy at ~$8 but worth it for one or two. Food is also good but again, about $12-15 per plate

I will never be able to put that in writing the rest of my days to Metal Spice, so had to jump in there.
shoot.. getting her up and at em to attend something that early on a weekend is the issue..
Seeing as how no one that lives in our house had said anything to me about this event is what lead me to believe that it was guys only, since this thread is the first I am hearing of it.

Time is noon. cant tell if a place has been agreed on yet.
I think it really comes down to if you want a full menu or not.
Bierstation and KC Bier Co both have very simple apps (home made pretzel, etc.); 75th Street has pretty decent food.
I went by the KC Bier Co last night as a recon for the team.
Beer prices start at $5.25, but it is a big glass - - I think 22 oz, but not sure.
I got the Hopfen Doof (Hop Stupid) and tried it when I got home. It was good - I need another glass and to drink it warmer and with some food to really tell how good!
I also have to mention that I completely forgot that I will be at the Brookside St Patrick's day parade around this time, next Sat.
I have two other passions - - dual-sport motorcycles and scooters. My scooter club will be in the parade again - - my daughter rides with me and we have a blast. We have to be there at 1 PM to line up, parade starts at 2 PM. Its a great parade for those who haven't been, but Brookside and Waldo are pretty busy before/after.
We can stop by for a quick bite before, of course.
I would prefer a location with food.
and if needed we could do 11 or 11:30
