Starting yesterday, each time I start my truck the wipers will do one sweep.
Am I overlooking something?

My manual section 2-3, MY2015 says this:
●If the wiper switch is turned to “AUTO” position while the “ENGINE
START STOP” switch is in IGNITION ON mode, the wiper will operate
once to show that “AUTO” mode is activated.
I leave my 2013 in auto and it does not do the start up drill of one swipe.
The auto mode does function to my satisfaction about 98% of the time.
Occasionally, it gets confused but a reboot (off then on) resolves that.

‘14 here. Raincouver here and I love my sensing wipers.Hmmmm, my 2011 auto wipers work just fine. Sometimes they go a little faster then needed but i Think the work OK. Now that I fixed the chattering I actually use the wipers again.
I had a new windshield put in and the tape was looking pretty bad, so I put a new tape on and it still is not working properly. OF course it works fine at the dealer. IS there a special way to apply the tape? I can't get rid of the bubbles. For a fix I just unplugged the sensor and the intermittent works fine by itself.
