1. Honestly no clue about the headers. They're just spares I kept
2. Not sure about the DVD unit's functionality or compatibility- happy to send it to you for the cost of shipping just to get rid of it
 
OK I'l take a chance on the DVD Nav unit. With regards to the headers, based on your knowledge, can you guesstimate 1. what are they made of? 2. would they replace stock manifolds with no modification to other pipes, etc? 3. would they work with stock gaskets, bolts? thanks.

The headers are OEM takeoffs- just don't remember if they came off a '98 LX or a 2002 LC...so yes they'll bolt on with ease
