Hi all. I’m located in Tucson AZ looking to trade my highly modified and maintained FZJ80 for your UZJ100 of similar spec. Below are a few highlighted details and pictures but happy to provide the entire vehicle spec and maintenance list along with detailed pictures and videos!

329k miles
True beadlock wheels. New 35” cooper MT
SUMO 3:1 reduced transfer case gears
Yukon 5.29 gears front and rear
Dual vivar compressor with 6 gallon tank
Warn 9.5k winch
4x4 labs front and rear bumper with dual swing out
4x4 lab rock sliders and cat guard
Complete belly skids
Ice cold AC. No mechanical issues just cosmetics issues with the paint and leather seats. Despite the High miles, if you know anything about these 1FZs they’ll go forever and this one is a great example. Doesn’t leak runs like a top and has always been given what it needs when it needs it using only Japanese OEM parts. It’ll drive anywhere, drive over anything and put a lot of smiles on faces. Contact me with any questions. Cheers

Anybody have a rail end cap for an 80 series OEM roof rack? Not an end cap for the rack itself, but the rails that are glued to the roof. And the screw as well if you have one. The first picture is one that I found on the internet.

SOLD - Set of 4 icon 2.0 shocks for an 80. 0-3" lift. No leaks, good shape but a few of the flat bushings could use replaced. These are very soft shocks. Great for a light rig. They have 17k miles on them and are 4-5 years old. $200 obo. Located in Flagstaff

Set of 5 35x12.50r17 kenda klever RT tires. I went to 37's, only reason for selling. Tires have 3k on 4, 1 is new. They are less than a year old. These are excellent tires, I have them on 4 of my other trucks and have nothing but great things to say. little weight to balance and very smooth/quiet tires that have deeper tread than most mud terrains. $1000 obo

SOLD - FJ80 ARB winch bumper. This has been on my truck about 10 years. It has a few little dings that most people would not notice. Bumper has been repainted 2 or 3 times, still looks pretty good. New marker lights about 3-4 years ago. $700 obo.

SOLD - Set of 91-92 manual cloth seats. Both need lower foam, drivers bottom seat cover is rough and has a large hole. Frames are good and seats are useable, just removed from the truck. $250

1fz turbo kit. This was wits end test mule #something. It has a holset hx35 turbo, cx racing manifold and a weird but functional wategate. Not a bolt on kit, as it was running an intercooler. However, I have most of the intake parts. It has something like 30k miles on the kit and the turbo was just rebuilt, plus there is another hx35 turbo core that comes with. $1000

Front sway bar from a 91 HDJ80. Much smaller diameter than the FZJ80 sway bar, no need to remove when wheeling but still makes a big difference on road vs no sway bar. Comes with slee aluminum drop brackets and all hardware and oem end links in good shape. $250

fj80 oem front panhard bar that has been lengthened for a 2.5" lift. Bar was cut apart, welded together, then sleeved. New bushings 4 years/20k miles ago. $50

2x passenger side battery trays. 1 new, 1 that was installed but never had a battery in it. $50 for the installed one, $80 for the new one.

I also have some fzj80 knuckles ans a whole parts truck if you need any mechanical or suspension parts.
This list has been edited.

No, I didn't think so...

We've got a handful of C17 Globemaster turbines in the CSC clubhouse parts shed. Have you considered ditching rotary and going with a low bypass VTOL inverse Osprey concept? It's the LS swap for the LC200 approach. Pretty sure MUD could help you with the conversion.

Nah - even with a (relatively) STOL Globemaster, you still need a lot of room. Tip to tip, a Super Stallion's main rotor is a little over 24 meters, which is still considerable, but I've landed them in some pretty tight places.

AND - the CH53E can carry up to 32,000 pounds of BEER. Enough for a fun-filled weekend, no?

I will likely be parting out a 1964 Fj project. Many custom parts as well as a very original truck
I wanted to throw a few of the bigger items out that I have.

-late Fj40 axle set built by valley hybrids with full float rear, disc front, parking brake in axle, Powder coated, new installed in project never run.
-H55 and transfer case and trans built by valley hybrids, twin stick, low range gears,
-2fe with wiring harness from coolerman.
-Complete original 64 truck , Disassembled ready for build, powder coated frame, body primed and prepared by Scott at Higgys, has all bits and pieces.
-Oem bows and new in the box OCD top, original soft doors. original complete set.

PM me to discuss interest and if you want to come look at truck or parts.

Friend of mine here in Oracle has a '98 UZJ he wants to sell. He bought it from the original owners who kept
it in the garage and has all the service records. 251k miles, diff locker. I haven't put an eyeball on it but he says
it is immaculate. He wants $6k. If anyone is serious, shoot me a PM and I can put you in touch with him.

He sent me a pic, (no that is not bad paint, it rained mud after the dust storm the other day).
