There was a write up on expo a few weeks back by Christophe Noel, I think, or somebody from the crew there, and they were pretty impressed.
No firsthand knowledge here though.

There are tons of these kits that have been out for years.
Alot of RV'ers have retro fitted them.

I would not want the head ache. Just check often and buy good tires and should never have an issue.
 
From an off road view, until someone comes out with a system with rubber valve stems or fully internal sensors I not ready to open myself to valve stem failure. Replacing a valve stem on the trail would not be fun.

In the past I tried mounting a TPMS sensor valve to the inside of the rim with no luck.

That's worked fine for me so far, but I'm dealing with a teen that already knows everything, where "funny noise + strange pull + loss of power = more throttle & turn up stereo" (those must be his mom's genes).
