AOE bumper group buy???

Oh no, just regular decals, like for the windows/body, etc.

I don't think that part of the bumper would affect strength in any way. But I dig it. Seems like it would look too plain without it. If you guys are willing to pay extra, they could probably make any design/logo you want. The initial prototype has "Cathead" in it. He's a member here

Sorry bulhas, lol. I just talked to him, he said roughly $250, it will go through customs for sure and I don't know anything about that. Hang in there, I will get your quote as soon as I can.
 
I see it as another way for dust, dirt, and rocks to get in. It does look nice with the cut out though, maybe I can put an aluminum sheet behind it to make it stand out even more while covering up the holes.

It's completely open in the back, so everything would just flow through. That's what mine has in that pic; a thin piece of sheet metal I trimmed with tin snips.

when they ship it pending its not fedex or UPS, I will end up handling the customs ;)

As when they call I willl go declare it at my local airport, which is an international airport, therefore I can save usually a couple hundred on custom fees :p

Ohh man... we got a 3rd deposit, Socallove claiming the 3rd bumper!!!!
I'm just kidding guys, I can pick mine up any time, I will let the guys that need shipping have them first.
I would like to get all payments in by Friday if possible, I intend to go see him to finalize everything and get receipts for everyone.
 
SoCal, you have to take a picture of all the cash for your first trip to see Alex. I wonder what the biggest notes are available from the bank...

How is he gonna build 5 bumpers in a weeks time? Seems impossible.
 
I believe they use a CNC laser cutter that will help speed things a long nicely, I think it's very possible.
All that's left is to bend, weld and apply finish.
 
We have a total of 13 members interested, got payments from 4 members, lets get some more in so we can get it started it guys. I can wait to get my bumper last, but I don't want to wait that long :flipoff2:
 
Man I really need one of these bumpers to replace the ARB. I just can't seem to get my bank account to agree with me on that. :doh:

Props to you socallove for taking on this ever increasing task. :cheers: I will certainly let you know if by some Xmas miracle I can swing one. ;)
