Trying to keep my truck pretty budget for now and need to store my 285/75/17 spare.

I am wondering what the LX looks like without the plastic cover on the rear bumper. Also interested in what the frame looks like and measures. Looking at these XJ tire swingouts and am wondering if I can get one to work. If there is enough flat plate, it may just be drill and bolt on.

Not sure on measurements but took this after fighting with my tire carrier for a couple hours

Thanks! Shoot, i think it needs to extend closer to outside of the truck otherwise the pivot will be too far inward to be helpful.

The rear cross-member isnt flat unfortunately so the one you linked wont work. Your best bet for a cheap tire swingout is one of the hitch style ones.

I figured, I like hitch based ones but they really add up with options. I love that you can take them off and xfer to any other truck, I'll keep looking.
