I had no issues with parking sensor fit on my custom fab Victory front stealth bumper... so this is disappointing. A custom fabricated bumper shouldn't be easier to install than a OEM type product. What might seem like a small detail has added both time and money on my end. Not a great start, but that's why I was apprehensive about this job and started this thread. Issues like this shouldn't happen, as from what I understand, sensor size is universal.
That isn't my understanding. I was told Lexus changed sensors several times during the 460 production.

I had trouble fitting them on both my Victory front and Coastal rear off-road bumpers, such that I gave up and just tied them up underneath.
I never used them anyway.

Hello! Finally getting my social media/online accounts act together here! Yes, I am based in Denver, Co. and have all my inventory here. My inventory is a mix of OEM, OEM seconds (toyota is scratched out like the aisian water pumps), and reproduction parts. Most of the parts are sourced from China with some parts coming from UAE or Japan. I started with the alibaba kit 5 years ago and went through several suppliers over the first few years due to quality and breakage issues. I've had my current supplier for over 2 years now and I get all the reproduction parts from the same company now so the fit and quality is the best I've been able to source. Please feel free to DM me here, email, text or call me. My info is on my website.
Glad to have you onboard as a vendor.
Can you add a post of your website to the Guide to GX 460 Builds and Aftermarket Products sticky thread on the front page?

Trouble fitting and inability to fit are two different categories. I use mine in parking garages and all over, so I don't have that same luxury.

According to ChatGPT, the only real change came near the end of production in 2022 (not 2019), and all the sensors used were roughly the same size even after the change. I don't know who told you they'd changed them, but the aggregated data available to me says otherwise. Maybe I'm wrong. If so, please someone share that information with me.

"A sensor like 89341-60060 shows up on multiple years
Later years (2022–2023) use a slightly revised suffix like -21, but still same core design"

"👉 No meaningful size differences in diameter across GX 460 sensors"

Prado rockers are here from gxprado.com. First off, correspondence is top notch, shipping and transparency was quick and good. Price was reasonable compared to OEM rockers with shipping. Quality is good but not perfect. Paint quality is good where the paint is showing but there are some rough spots. Install could you instructions although the entire process took me 30 mins without any instructions or internet research. The only issue is the front part has a gap on both sides. This leaves me to believe I did something wrong. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and can't complain a bit about it.

what was your final cost for the whole thing? (if you don't mind me asking...)

What’s the Prado hitch set up like?

I ditched my large frame mounted hitch for a smaller higher clearance one since the Prado bumper is higher up. I just spent the other evening removing it and reinstalling the big hitch as I’ve got some towing coming up and have yet to put the bumper back on. Knowing that the Prado bumper bottoms out on the hitches I have as it has the bracket that mounts to the backside of the crossmember, I did have to trim slightly and the bumper has never been pushed into place all the way.

Got the project mostly done, pretty happy with the results. Alex stands behind his product, and compensated me for the issues mentioned earlier with the parking sensor holes.

This is exactly the look I wanted, and I'm stoked about it. If anyone else wants to run the TRD wheels and 265/70s, you will rub on the front mud flap, worse than just the bolt on the running board (that gets removed). If I can find time, I'm going to pull it back with some zip ties. For some reason, it's only driver side.

Anyway, thanks for all the support @alexgxprado , it looks great!

Trim the first clip holder and install the mud flip installed, it will help align the gap.

Can you post a picture of what you are talking about? Or just a little more description of which clip holder you are referring to?
Not the best photo. But near the red circle, there is a clip on the back side that won’t line up the hole on the GX. Remove the clip and trim the holder down a litter so the rock panel sit flush with the fender. The mud flip will help to retain the rocker panel in place.

Was this taken in BSL/Waveland? I'm sure I've seen your GX in Bay St. Louis.

Yep. If you plan on ordering from Alex, let me know. My wife has a GX too, and I plan on doing something with hers as soon as I can save up. It would be awesome to save on shipping by ordering together.

We can start a Lexus Land Cruiser Prado club!

Had the same issue. Totally worth it tho.

Those wheels look great. I would have went that direction if the TRD wheels weren't far cheaper when I made the buy.
