This part came from factory on Middle Eastern specced Land Cruiser limited's back in 06 and 07. Tried to find its part number through numerous dealers and people but to no avail.

Ok, next question, what does it control?

It turns on and off the parking sensors like for beeping

I don't show on diagrams that ME spec 100's had that option, only a parking camera. And Toyota's button for that looks like this:
