This is very ironic but I actually answered someones post and told them that "Ive seen people run 35 inch tyres that only rub on full lock" So I guess I answered my own question like 9 months ago lol.Apparently Slee has:

Hyperbole much?dont do it. the engines are blowing up with stock sized tires. last thing you wanna do is overstress the engine even more with 35s.
Maybe a little. IDK yet. I dont trust them.Hyperbole much?
Yes. They don’t fit anyway. Look at the Slee truck. Looks like a joke. You’ll have one inch up travellol overstress with 35s??
You’re blind. Ignoring the facts. Do you own a 600? That why you’re butthurt? He’s drunk posting again?
I’ve never owned a GX. Not sure where you got thatYes I own a 600. There are things I like and dislike about it. Would you like a list, since you don’t own one? Looks like you own an older GX which is just fine.
If you want to have an intelligent debate I am down for it. 409hp and ~500ft/lbs torque is plenty to turn a 35” tire especially a light weight one. Side effects won’t be it ‘blowing up’ but rubbing, loss of mpg/acceleration, programming of shift points off etc.
And yeah they look goofy with 35s. Getting any negative offset past the edge of the fender is a goofy look risk too. Stick with a metric around 33”.
Yeah I decided to keep the 285/70/17 not worth going up to 35s just for style points imo.Yes I own a 600. There are things I like and dislike about it. Would you like a list, since you don’t own one? Looks like you own an older GX which is just fine.
