Its in the top of the t-case. It threads into the case by the high low shift rod and has one plug on the end of it.
 
I'll see if I can find a pic and part number when I get to a real computer. Or just call Will.
 
Crawl under the truck and shove your hand on top of the case from the back and the sensor is almost centered on the top of the case. It will have a 2 wire plug attached to the top of the sensor.
 
Anticipation of the damage from my renter. I want to free up some cash for renovations. So the 4 Runner is back on market since I don't need it as a daily driver.

I have a rock bottom CLC price but I would rather not post it....I don't think anyone is interested but just spreading the word.

I am going to put it on ebay after the move this weekend.

Just let me know.
