Did an old Land Rover owner just say he got rid of a Cruiser in favor of a Landy because the Cruiser was broke down all the time? I gotta get my hearing ( umm reading) checked!
That 110 may be a bit better than awful, but there's NO way he's gonna claim that a Series gives him less trouble than a 40!

My Defender has been virtually problem-free (sound of fingers crossing), but I've never known anyone who had a "Series" Rover that wasn't ALWAYS tinkering or replacing.............
I'd rather have a 40 with a body that looks like swiss cheese, with a pos rodchester carb and 4 mixed matched bald tires than another damn land rover.
