I took a ride up to Stonewall falls about 2 years ago and it was a great one day ride. Anybody been up there recently?? Maybe we can plan a day trip sometime or something! I need to test my lift and rig out!

Yea we were up there the third weekend of June. It's a pretty fun little ride kind of short though.
I wouldn't mind heading up again just pick out a weekend. I'll post up some pics when I get back home to show you what it looks like now. It has changed little a bit in the last 2 years now there are more mud holes which I would say to stay out of.

What all do you need to do for the 40 to be ready? You do know I live just north of you and can offer a hand/garage if needed? I am about done with the 80 so I could even house it if it is a longer term project.

My bachelor pad has a two-car garage and full basement, so room isn't a problem. It's just hard to find the time.
I can help with the rebuild...WWFB (will work for beer).

Thanks for the offer. I was planning to pull the motor and send it off somewhere. I don't know any reputable machine shops in the area. I'm not entirely sure it needs a rebuild. It burns TONS of oil but doesn't smoke too much, has a fresh head, no knocks, and 150 psi in all cylinders. Perhaps my pressure gauge is off.
what kind of "area" you looking at. I had my 20/22r rebuilt by Ewing's Machine in Snelleville (of course my truck was sitting at Patrick's at the time, so that was more local than anything). They did a nice job with it. Runs like stink now too..
